We all think we know the rules until I ask you to ref at a tournament…🤔
Saturday Morning Court Movement & Drills Clinic
Join Sameer on Saturday mornings for a fun, high energy clinic focusing on court movement. Through various exercises and drills you’ll build the power, speed and endurance needed to move better and stay stronger on court. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, these sessions will challenge you and make you a stronger player. Each session will end with condition games and fun round robins!

T&D and OSDL Leagues – For competitive players
Playing on a T&D/OSDL team is a great opportunity to take your game to the next level and get some competitive matches. We are working on having women’s A, B and D singles teams, women’s doubles and 4 men’s doubles teams. There is currently no men’s singles T&D league offered in the Durham Region but playing tournaments is a great way to get in some tough competition. If you are interested in playing on any of these teams, please contact me.
Harvest Hit Doubles Tournament
We will be hosting our annual doubles tournament on Oct. 16th-18th! There will be both men’s and women’s B and C draws and a mixed B draw. Players have the option to play in both the men’s/women’s and mixed as long as court time permits. Be sure to find yourself a partner and register on the Squash Ontario website (www.squashontario.com) early to secure your spot!
